With the extreme heat wave our country is enduring, I thought some frosty white pictures of last winter would help to cool things off.. Isn't funny...when it is cold we are longing for warm weather and in the heat of summer, we want it to be cooler.
This year we did not have those lovely late spring, early summer temps to enjoy. We went from cold/cool to HOT! I do hope fall is normal with cooler days.
Stay cool, be safe and do make sure your elders and pets are not getting too hot. Have a good weekend and hopefully the heat will break soon.

Agghhh...As much as this weather is unbearable, the mom is NOT longing for the cold of an Ontario winter. LOL.
Spring temps, fall temps, yes. We'll take those for oh, 8 or 9 months of the year. :-P

Winter pictures are a great idea. I love these shots and I am ready for cold weather as heat is my least favorite.
It does help ^_^ Yesterday was our hottest (MI) almost we reached 99F ^_^

I have everything crossed that your heatwave over in the US and Canada will break this weekend and that you'll have cooler weather!! It's too silly hot and dangerously so!! Please please take extra care!! These pics are lovely - the rabbit tracks are so sweet!!! x

Thank you! I enjoyed the winter snow pictures a lot. It got 106F degrees here this afternoon. I have been thinking about changing the background on my laptop to a winter scene!
This is such a treat after battling the hot summer months here in N India with 45 degree Celsius temp. Monsoon bring in some respite. Lovely pix.

We have felt it here in Chicago too! One of my friends posted an article about our February 18" blizzard a few days ago...how things change. I do wish for a nice cool autumn!
