Snowed In....Again!

Looking east down our road.

We have been housebound all day today and the snow will continue to come down through Tuesday morning.  Looks like it will take the county a few days to clear us out - hopefully by Wednesday this week!

The view to the west on our street.

We are not the only ones with snow shots this week I am sure. For more photos around the world visit My World Tuesday, Outdoor Wednesday and Watery Wednesday.

It looks lovely in the photos but I know I always looked forward to when I could get on the roads again. Stay safe and warm.

Oh, my gosh! I just don't expect to see so much snow in certain parts of the U.S. It looks lovely, but oh, please do take care!

All we got down here was rain and enough ice to close the bridges for a few hours. I know all that snow must get old but your pictures are just beautiful.

WE just got rid of our 9 inches from the last one and now we might get some freezing rain tonight. Hope not but time will tell.

Oh, it does look so very cold! Beautiful, but cold! Marvelous captures! Reminds me of the years I lived in Montana! Hope your week is off to a great start! Stay warm!

It is beautiful but can be inconvenient. I hope you have everything you need to keep warm and well fed until things are cleared up. I suspect you do, it's one of the things we learn when living where power is unreliable and roads may not get plowed.

I think the southern states are getting more snow this year than we are in northern NY. What's up with that??

I think I could cheerfully be stranded in the NC mountains for a few days! Stay warm!

That is an amazing sight! If you have to be snowed in, it sure pays to have a camera available because you caught some fabulous scenes.

Happy Outdoor Wednesday...

XO,

Sheila :-)

Now that's snow. The little bit we had down here in Georgia locked the city of Augusta down. Schools still (as of Wednesday) haven't gotten back to normal schedule.
I can't imagine being in all that.

Brrrrrrrrrrrr, brrrrrr, and more brrrr!! Keep the snow there please. It's pretty, but only in pictures. Not having to get out in it and drive with all the other 'crazies'. LOLOLOL

Love the photo with the picnic table covered in the white stuff...dreams of summer yet to come.
