Ponies in Snow
After days of snow flurries and temperatures in the teens, we are starting to thaw out here. Our neighbor's ponies were allowed out of the barn for the first time in days. We got above freezing today and the sun was out. They were all huddled in the sliver of sun on the side of the pasture closest to our house and I could get a few pictures. Don't they look all fuzzy and cute in their winter coats?

The ponies are adorable. I wonder what they thought of the snow.
There's something about seeing ponies in the snow that seems very magical, very Christmas like, to me! Great pics - they do look warm in their winter coats.
They are absolutely adorable :)
Wonderful critters. The ponies are so cute! Great photos. Have a wonderful weekend.
Awwww beautiful sweet ponies!! Glad they have their winter coats on as it does look so cold even with the sun out!! Thanks for these gorgeous pics! Take care

Such a beautiful, wintry scene in all the photos with the ponies.

They are so pretty but I feel so sorry for them in all that snow, wishing they were in a lush green meadow on a warm day. I am so ready for this winter to be over.

The ponies are adorable. I bet they were happy to get out ... even in the cold. Happy Critter Day!
Nice photo captures of the Ponies. I don't know how animals are able to withstand the cold.
Great pony shots!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
So cute. Reminds me of the Clydesdales! Horses/ponies in the snow always makes me think of the old commercials. Very nice photos. We haven't had a drop of snow here in W. Texas this winter, just COLD! have a great weekend.
Lovely fluffy ponies! And thank you for the link about how to recover a blog. This has never happened to me but I like to e prepared!
oh my god! sooo beautiful and cute!
Wonderful captures! They are so cute with their winter coats.
Hope you get your other blog restored.
nice snaps
I posted a pony, too. Not our, though! We have enough with the wild turkeys, deer and our two cats.
They are such sweet creatures, they don't appear to mind the snow. Thanks for sharing:)
Losing your blog is really scary. It really shocked me, but then I should never be shocked with anything these days with the internet. I see you all still are socked in with the snow. Weezie had 7 inches and says she is snowed in in her "snow castle.” Thank goodness, it missed us. We were 2 hours late one day but that was it. Hope all is well. Genie
Way to take advantage of the moment there. They are a great capture and the surroundings seem to add that special touch of magic to the images. Thanks for sharing!
They are adorable, all fluffy with their winter coats. I do hope they are warm enough in that snow!!
Those ponies are adorable. Most of the farmers around here don't have barns for livestock so I especially feel sorry for them on cold nights.
I didn't realize you could lose your blog. Thanks for the tip--I have so many photos on my 3 year old blog.
brr, i feel cold! i love your photos!!
They are so cute I want to go out and play with them.
They are so cute. Google reader ate my blog list so I just found out how to recover my followers.
i would love to hug those baby ponies! so sweet! that is strange that blogger did that...how in the world are you going to get your blog back. keep us posted...stay warm! jill
I love the fuzzy coats that ponies get in winter! I do believe you have gotten much more snow than we have in western OR; here we have to drive up into the mountains to be in snow.
Sorry I'm not very original, but they are the cutest! Why on earth did google do that??? (deleting your blog)I'll have to visit the link you posted!
