Photo Hunt - Spotted

Just when all the snow from the last storm had finally melted we got 12" more! It is still falling mixed with sleet and freezing rain. At least our power is still on! We don't usually get this much snow all year never mind twice in one season.

This was taken last night - our view outside was a screen of white spots! That's my spotted for this week.

The flakes make great spots. Handy for PhotoHunt. I know, it isn't much consolation.

It must be a pain dealing with all that snow, but it does look very pretty!

Nice spotted photos, and pretty snow. My boys are disappointed that we didn't get much of that this year. I was thinking of using snow pictures too, but I went in a different direction.

I'm in NC too, the Triangle area, and we got about 8 inches! It's so beautiful (but so cold!).

Love your take on the theme -these are nice photos. Stay warm!

These are beautiful. I especially like the second one for the color and depth. Certainly another interesting theme with lots of different takes. I’m glad I came and saw yours.

I took a little different angle. You can drop by and check mine here.

We're going for the record for the warmest January on record in the greater Seattle area. Lots of rain, quite a few Springlike days. So I am really enjoying your snowy pictures.

Long time, no see. I was thrilled when your post appeared on my dashboard this morning. Excellent caption for a stunning photo. Keep warm. (((Hugs))) Jo (North Africa)

Fantastic snow pictures!!! whew are you all as ready for spring as we are? I guess we are just spoiled not used to bad weather that keeps us trapped inside. We had 5" with the last inch being sleet. Looks like it will stick around for a while due to the cold temps we expect the next several days.
