What a beautiful Scenic Sunday post. Nice to see blooms - we're in the middle of winter and I yearn for spring. (((Hugs))) Jo
Karen - Thanks for the info on the links but for some reason it doesn't work when I click on the icon - nothing happens! I keep trying but no go!
These are a lovely series of photos. I would love to explore that area. I know it is very beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
Beautiful flowers. Love the butterfly bush! Thanks for sharing your photos.
i think the wild flowers in your part of state are exquisite
Absolutely beautiful flowers!
Your summer blooms are fantastic - the sunflower is absolutly perfect. My bright flower is the same like yours /the one with the butterfly on it/ - I just saw it in the forest couple of days ago for the first time. I can't catch a picture of a butterfly - they are always faster then me. I miss the mountains - every time I visit your blog - reminds me of the 5 wonderful years I had in Asheville. Both my bous are born there.
Thanks so much for the Sunday stroll through the garden in bloom!

What a beautiful series of flowers, I love the butterfly also, thanks for the visit...
Your garden is beautiful, Cheri. I haven't been able to find a butterfly bush in Hickory. I may have to drive to Asheville to get one.
Lovely Summer flowers, I adore Phlox and have tried again and again but to no avail, it does not tolerate our heat.
