6th Annual Dine to Be Kind, Asheville

Dine out on February 24, 2009 and you will be saving homeless pets.

The Animal Compassion Network is hosting their 6th Annual Dine to Be Kind day in honor of National Spay Day. Over fifty local restaurants have agreed to donate a portion of the day's proceeds to help support the Animal Compassion Network's Spay/Neuter Assistance Program.

Restaurants include some of our more popular...Corner Kitchen, 12 Bones Smokehouse, Doc Chey's Noodle House, Green Sage, Dripolator Coffee House, Black Mountain, Stir Fry Cafe and many more. For a full listing of participating restaurants go to animalcompassionnetwork.org.

Get out there and help homeless pets. Make this your good deed for the week

What a pretty cat and a great cause too!! I don't have a cat, but my dog (14 yrs. old this month) came from the local pound as a puppy. She's got the sweetest disposition. Thank you for visiting my blog. I'm happy to add your beautiful blog to my list as well.
